Living Things is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in every major grocer, the best independents, and 20+ international markets. We're less than three years into our mission to make soft drinks that are delicious and guilt-free and we're growing our team.

We're looking for people who want real ownership and the chance to build one of Europe's defining consumer brands.

This new role is for a senior International Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing across our core European markets. You'll own the strategy and delivery, from adapting brand campaigns for local audiences, to leading go-to-market for new launches, to building the influencer, PR, and events presence that gets people talking.

It's a broad role for someone who understands how to build a brand across borders and who's excited to shape how Living Things grows across Europe.

What you'll do

  • Own the international marketing strategy across Europe.
  • Adapt and localise brand campaigns, content, and social so they land with each market's audience.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and delivery for new market launches.
  • Build and manage local partnerships – influencers, PR, events, and local agencies.
  • Manage the international marketing budget, allocating spend for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Partner closely with sales, trade marketing, and international account teams to align brand and commercial activity.
  • Track, measure, and report on brand and campaign performance across markets.
  • 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally in drinks, FMCG, or a challenger consumer brand.
  • Proven experience building brand and running campaigns across multiple international markets.
  • Experience leading market launches or go-to-market activity.
  • Strong grasp of local partnerships — influencer, PR, and events.
  • Comfortable balancing brand-building with commercial results.
  • Excellent project management and agency/stakeholder management skills.
  • Culturally fluent and comfortable working across markets, languages, and time zones.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with a challenger or high-growth brand.
  • European language skills (Dutch, French, German).
  • Ownership of brand and marketing across some of Europe's most exciting markets.
  • The chance to shape how a fast-growing challenger brand shows up internationally.
  • A collaborative, ambitious team and a genuine seat at the table.
  • Flexible, hybrid working from our London base.
