As LS Eleven POS, Digital, Sampling & Experiential Planner in the In-store Marketing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of POS, digital content & experiential campaigns across LS Eleven and Asda own-label campaigns, and carry out team administration to keep all activity visible and ensure effective implementation at store.​

  • Liaising with internal teams (LS Eleven/Commercial Business Units) and external stakeholders (print/design & experiential agencies), you will be responsible for delivering and checking activity bookings and artwork to ensure the brief is answered with minimum amends
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all Branded Sampling & Retailtainment activity is within the agreed toolkit and booked within critical path
  • Working closely with LS Eleven and Commercial Business Units to deliver their in-store strategy within agreed processes (Critical Paths and Artwork Templates) for all branded POS packages and digital screens instore
  • Delivery of all activity through weekly reporting on critical paths - keeping all stakeholders informed on Red, Amber, Green projects and identifying key trends to fix common issues
  • Ensuring the team are keeping all activity on track through timely sign offs and to agreed guidelines & templates and managing workload splits fairly
  • Projects will include new process mapping/improving existing processes
  • Keeping toolkits and guidelines up to date and accurate
  • Working “hand in hand” with the Commercial Operations teams to ensure that what is created can be landed right first time & is the right thing for our stores
  • Ensure all activity is legally compliant by attending legal surgeries to ensure all brand communication/competitions are approved.
  • Support Instore Branded Marketing Manager with toolkit and LS Eleven Branded projects
