Working closely with global, regional and commercial stakeholders, you'll help shape how one of the world's most recognised footwear brands connects with consumers across multiple markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of the UK, ROI & EMEA marketing plan.
  • Activate and localise global brand strategies to drive regional growth and relevance.
  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, wholesale and trade channels.
  • Develop engaging consumer experiences, with a particular focus on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
  • Partner with regional leadership teams to ensure marketing plans support commercial priorities.
  • Manage marketing investment and ensure activities deliver clear commercial outcomes and ROI.
  • Oversee regional adaptation and deployment of seasonal campaigns, content and brand assets.
  • Lead, develop and inspire the UK, ROI & EMEA marketing team.
  • Build strong partnerships with global marketing teams, ensuring regional priorities are represented and understood.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring best practice, effectiveness and value.
  • Measure, evaluate and report on marketing performance, using insights to inform future strategy.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution.

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience leading marketing within a consumer-facing brand.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and translating global strategies into regional activations.
  • Strong knowledge of the full marketing mix, including digital, media, PR, retail, ecommerce and trade marketing.
  • Experience within retail, footwear, apparel or a similar consumer lifestyle sector.
  • A track record of delivering business growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible/hybrid working options
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • Supportive and collaborative culture
  • Comprehensive benefits package
