This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, retention and commercial performance across a multi-site business with ambitious expansion plans.

Marketing Strategy + Brand
Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives.
Champion a consistent, premium and welcoming brand across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Lead integrated campaigns that build awareness, engagement and long-term brand value.
Commercial Growth:
Drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue through data-led marketing.
Manage marketing budgets, evaluate ROI and optimise investment.
Support commercial initiatives including new products, partnerships and multi-site growth.
Digital + Customer Experience:
Lead digital marketing across CRM, website, content, paid media, SEO and social.
Improve digital journeys, booking experience and lead conversion through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Use customer insight and analytics to inform strategy and improve performance.
Leadership:
Lead, coach and develop a collaborative in-house marketing team.
Manage external agencies, freelancers and creative partners.
Build strong relationships across the wider business to ensure marketing supports operational and commercial priorities.
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior marketing leader with a proven track record in a premium consumer-facing, multi-site business. They will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, be highly commercial, digitally confident and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
They will bring:
A proven track record of driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
Experience leading marketing within a multi-site or service-led organisation, ideally in health, wellness, hospitality, leisure or a similar premium consumer sector.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, measure performance and make evidence-based decisions.
Expertise across digital marketing, CRM, customer journeys, website optimisation and performance marketing.
The confidence to manage agencies, digital partners and cross-functional projects.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and excellent organisational skills.
A passion for developing high-performing teams and creating a collaborative, positive culture.
Experience supporting franchise, partner or multi-location marketing models would be advantageous.
