About Us

Duco is on a mission to reduce the time spent on data-related work by 90%. Our enterprise data automation platform empowers teams to work more efficiently and meaningfully by giving them the ability to automate data controls with the latest technology, such as no-code, the cloud, and AI.

We help firms to start trusting their data, by giving them one intuitive platform to automate the front-to-back processing of all kinds of data (from structured Excels and RTFs to unstructured PDFs and emails). This eliminates the boring manual work across the data lifecycle and enables firms to act faster, work smarter, save money, reduce risk and comply with regulatory requirements.

We’re headquartered in London and have offices in New York, Wroclaw, Singapore, and Antwerp. We’re proud to call some of the largest global financial institutions our clients, including over 15 of the world’s largest international banks, as well as brokers, exchanges, asset managers, hedge funds, administrators, service providers and corporates.

The opportunity

This is not a typical Head of Marketing role. You're joining a lean, AI-first marketing organisation where the team is small by design and powerful by architecture. We're building an org where AI workflows absorb execution volume so that humans can do what humans do best: strategy, judgment, relationships, and ideas that move markets.

You'll own the most critical layer of our marketing engine: how Duco is positioned, how we drive compelling reasons to engage, and how we show up to the world. That means product narrative, market messaging, category development, PR and analyst relations, and the content that shapes perception with institutional capital markets buyers. But you won't just be a messaging person. We need someone whose instincts scale, someone who can see from product positioning all the way through to demand, who understands how great marketing compounds, and who can grow into the strategic marketing leader this business needs as it scales.

If you want a big team, a lot of process, and a comfortable mandate, this isn't it. If you want real ownership, a seat at the leadership table, and the chance to build something that matters, read on.

What you'll own

Positioning and messaging. You'll define and own how Duco is positioned in the market: the narrative we tell, the category we play in, the language our buyers recognise themselves in. This is foundational work that touches everything from the website to the sales deck to the way we show up in analyst conversations.

PR and analyst relations. You'll build and manage our media presence in capital markets and fintech, covering trade press, tier-one business outlets, and analyst relationships that shape how our buyers evaluate us. You understand the rhythm of B2B PR in regulated industries and know how to get coverage that converts.

Content strategy and editorial direction. You'll set the content framework and editorial voice for Duco's thought leadership. You'll work closely with the content story cluster to make sure output is grounded in the positioning you've defined.

Campaign and GTM support. You'll be the messaging backbone for every campaign we run, ensuring that what goes out to market is coherent, compelling, and connected to a point of view. You'll partner closely with campaign execution and demand generation to make sure positioning translates into pipeline.

AI-assisted marketing operations. You'll work within and help shape our AI-first workflows, using AI tools to accelerate research, draft, ideate, and operationalise at scale. You won't be managing a large team. You'll be building leverage.

Strategic marketing leadership. You'll be a senior voice in marketing leadership conversations, shaping strategy, challenging assumptions, and helping the CMO think about where the business needs to go next.

Who you are

You've done this at a meaningful level in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to financial services, fintech, or another regulated enterprise vertical. You understand that institutional buyers don't buy on hype, and you've built messaging that respects that.

You think in narratives, not features. You know how to find the story in a product and make it land with a CIO, or a COO at a bank.

You've got range. You might have started in product or comms, but you've developed enough commercial intuition and experience to understand demand, pipeline, and what marketing that works actually means. You're not intimidated by growth metrics; you're energised by them.

You're genuinely excited about what AI means for marketing, not because it's fashionable, but because you've seen what it unlocks and you want to build with it.

You operate with high autonomy and low drama. You can work in a lean org, make decisions without committee, and move quickly when it matters.

You're ambitious. You want more responsibility, not less. You're thinking about where your career is headed, and you see this role as a launchpad.

What we're looking for in your background

10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a senior individual contributor or leadership role.

Experience in a regulated or complex enterprise vertical preferred.

A track record in positioning or product marketing, with demonstrable PR and analyst relations experience.

Comfort with ABM, demand generation frameworks, and the intersection of brand and pipeline.

Bonus: experience in capital markets, financial services, or fintech SaaS.
