To help us continue building on this success, we're looking for a Business Development / Growth Manager to help identify and generate opportunities for our agencies in the North (McCann Manchester and McCann Leeds).

The Part You'll Play
As Growth Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth across the agency by proactively opening doors with new prospects and building a strong, sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
Working closely with the Growth leadership team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging target brands, maintaining momentum across conversations, and supporting the early stages of proposals and tender responses.
