What You'll Do
The Global Paid Social Media Manager will drive BCG’s global paid social media and B2B influencer marketing programs, building on an established foundation to expand their scale, sophistication, and impact. Reporting to the Global Paid Social Media Director, this individual will help shape, implement, and continuously improve paid social media plans across BCG’s global social channels, while growing BCG’s established influencer marketing program as a core, integrated part of that strategy. This is a highly visible role that requires confident, senior-level stakeholder management and the judgment to resolve escalated, ambiguous challenges independently.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and measure global paid social campaigns across key platforms.
- Own and develop BCG’s B2B influencer marketing program end to end, planning and executing earned, paid, and hybrid campaigns; developing clear guidance, assets, and content ideas; and serving as the primary point of contact for agency briefings, internal and external communications, research, content sign-off, tracking, and reporting.
- Use analytics and data visualization tools to bring the paid social story to life, translating complex performance data into compelling insights and narratives for senior audiences.
- Advise marketing teams on effective paid social approaches, channel choices, and campaign opportunities.
- Develop ad creative directly and with designers, sharing effective approaches across the broader team.
- Drive innovation by experimenting with new and emerging channels, including AI-driven platforms and creator ecosystems, while keeping the broader social media team updated on the latest paid social and influencer marketing trends.
What You'll Bring
- 5–7 years of hands-on social media planning and/or buying experience, gained in-house or at an agency.
- Proven experience executing and optimizing paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Meta.
- Hands-on B2B influencer marketing experience, including sourcing and vetting influencers and creators, managing relationships, executing campaigns, measuring and reporting performance.
- Strong experience working with third-party social media tools and advertising platforms; experience with Sprinklr is highly relevant.
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities and experience using data visualization, and customized reporting.
- Confident communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to translate technical and performance information into compelling narratives and recommendations for senior audiences.
