The Front of House – Communications Apprentice role supports the delivery of operational and project-based communications that sit within the Operations function.
As communication volumes and complexity continue to grow, particularly in relation to client-facing messaging and operational change initiatives, this role provides essential coordination and administrative support. The apprentice will help ensure communications are delivered accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner across multiple channels including email, internal systems, and post.
This role enables experienced team members to focus on higher-value activities while maintaining a high standard of communication delivery across the business.
The role will be office-based five days a week for the first six months (until probation is successfully passed). Following this, we would look to move to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two working from home.
This is an apprenticeship role, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable enrolling on a Business Administration course (i.e., NVQ Level 3) through the apprenticeship scheme, which is funded by the company.
