JOB PURPOSE
This role spans two of our priority verticals — Cooking Aids and Mini Meals — giving you the opportunity to work across our global Knorr brand, local jewel Pot Noodle, and newest Unilever Foods brand, Namdong. You will play a critical role in shaping local market strategy, driving execution excellence and delivering performance across these key cells. The role also includes people leadership, with responsibility for supporting the delivery and development of more junior talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Local Brand Strategy & Growth
Lead for UK brand plans across Mini Meals and Cooking Aids platforms
Translate EU/global strategy into locally relevant growth drivers
Identify opportunities to win across occasions, channels and shoppers
In-Market Execution Excellence
Own delivery of best-in-class activation plans (social first, retail media)
Partner closely with CSP / Customer teams to land plans in key customers
Ensure brilliant execution of all launches, campaigns and renovations
Performance & Business Ownership
Own UK performance for your portfolio across Turnover, Market Share and Brand Health
Lead monthly performance tracking and action planning
Contribute to IBP cycles and in-year delivery
Innovation Deployment & Local Unlocks
Lead the UK landing of specific innovation and renovation pipelines
Adapt propositions for local relevance where needed
Identify local-first opportunities to unlock growth
Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead cross-functional alignment across CMI, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and CD
Act as the connector between BU platform teams and UK market
Drive pace, clarity and accountability across stakeholders
Portfolio & Project Leadership
Manage multiple brands/platforms simultaneously across two verticals
Prioritise initiatives to maximise growth and return on investment
Ensure projects land on time, in full
Team Development
Coach and develop line report
Play a role in fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

Evidence of always-on, social first campaigns including what it means for our categories, customers and our business. Finger on the pulse and share learnings and recommendations with the wider team
Comfortable with ambiguity and a constantly evolving and exciting landscape both internally and externally. Excellent prioritisation skills, the ability to adapt and flex with changing business context and balance priorities across several projects & priorities.
