Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes integrated, omni-channel marketing plans that align with regional business objectives and the wider EMEA field marketing strategy.
  • Lead the planning and orchestration of integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, content and social to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of UKI and European field marketing strategies by providing market insight, campaign performance analysis and recommendations based on customer, sales and industry intelligence.
  • Translates regional marketing strategy into impactful campaigns that support pipeline generation, customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Uses commercial insight, market intelligence and campaign performance to recommend adjustments that optimise marketing investment and improve business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of regional marketing performance, with accountability for pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, conversion and marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Proactively identifies emerging marketing trends, technologies and best practices, recommending innovative approaches that enhance campaign effectiveness and improve the customer experience.
  • Develop and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic accounts, partnering with sales to deliver personalised engagement that accelerates opportunity creation and progression.
  • Leverage marketing technology, AI-enabled tools and automation to improve campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Define success metrics and develop actionable dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau and marketing analytics to optimise investment decisions and clearly demonstrate marketing's contribution to business growth.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

8+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and delivering integrated demand generation and field marketing programmes.

Experience within enterprise software, SaaS or technology organisations, with an understanding of complex sales cycles and multiple buying personas.

Experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial technology markets is advantageous.

Hands-on field marketing experience supporting regional sales teams and aligning marketing activity to commercial objectives.

Experience delivering integrated marketing programmes across multiple European markets is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). An MBA is advantageous.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing initiatives to business priorities, pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.

Demonstrated experience designing, executing and optimising integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Working knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and targeted demand generation.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau or equivalent) to measure performance and drive optimisation.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex, matrixed organisation.

Confident communicator with strong presentation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.

Strong understanding of modern digital marketing channels, marketing automation and evolving best practices, including AI-enabled marketing tools.
