We care deeply about our customer service, and work tirelessly to ensure everyone has a positive experience with TentBox.

Inclusive Community

The TentBox Community is everything to us. We understand that a TentBox is so much more than a product – it's a lifestyle.

The Role

TentBox has grown fast, and our CRM function has grown with it. We're now at a point where the channel needs more resource across campaigns and flows in both our UK and EU markets.

This is a new role sitting alongside our existing CRM Manager, with shared responsibility across the full CRM programme. You'll each bring your own expertise, working closely together to deliver a coordinated, high-performing strategy across email, SMS and WhatsApp.

From October, you'll step up to lead the CRM function independently while our existing CRM Manager is on maternity leave – supported by our Head of Performance and Performance Executive. It's a real opportunity to take on broader ownership at a key trading period, with a strong team around you.

We're looking for someone genuinely hands-on and platform-native – confident building flows and campaigns yourself in Klaviyo, with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative, team-first approach.

What you’ll do

Campaigns – planning & execution

  • Own your share of the CRM campaign calendar across UK, FR, DE and wider EU markets
  • Build and execute campaigns end-to-end in Klaviyo across email (primary), SMS and WhatsApp
  • Ensure campaign activity is aligned with paid, organic and brand activity and key trading moments
  • Adapt and build campaign assets within Klaviyo and Figma – you do this directly, not via agency

Flows – build & optimisation

  • Work with the CRM Manager to maintain and improve the automated flow library: welcome series, abandoned browse/cart/checkout, post-purchase, win-back and re-engagement
  • Build new flows from scratch in Klaviyo as commercial opportunities arise
  • Monitor flow health and flag deliverability or performance issues

Segmentation & targeting

  • Shape audience strategy for campaigns and flows
  • Build targeted segments using customer lifecycle stage, behavioural signals and market nuances
  • Continuously refine targeting to lift engagement, conversion and revenue per recipient

Performance, testing & reporting

  • Share ownership of CRM performance against KPIs: revenue contribution, open rate, click rate, conversion and revenue per recipient
  • Run a structured A/B testing programme across subject lines, send times, creative, offers and segmentation
  • Analyse results and implement learnings consistently
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly CRM performance reports for the wider team

Collaboration & creative

  • Brief the creative team clearly and accurately on campaign requirements
  • Work closely with Performance (channel alignment), Brand (creative direction) and FR & DE market leads (local timing and relevance)
  • Communicate proactively with CS and wider marketing on CRM activity

Maternity cover (from October)

  • From October, step up to lead the CRM function while the existing CRM Manager is on maternity leave
  • Take ownership of both campaigns and automated flows across the full trading period
  • Work closely with the Head of Performance and Performance Executive, who will provide day-to-day support
  • When the CRM Manager returns, revert to the shared model outlined above

What success looks like

  • CRM delivers growing, attributable revenue contribution across UK & EU
  • Campaigns and flows are executed on time, error-free and on-brand
  • Segmentation strategy improves engagement and revenue per recipient over time
  • A/B testing is structured, with learnings actively fed back into future activity
  • CRM is well-coordinated with paid, brand and market activity – the wider team sees it as a reliable partner
  • Performance reports are clear, accurate and delivered consistently
  • Maternity cover period is managed confidently, maintaining performance across a key trading window
  • You proactively bring new ideas that push the channel forward

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • 3+ years hands-on CRM experience in a fast-paced eCommerce or D2C environment
  • Proven, hands-on Klaviyo expertise – you've built flows and campaigns yourself, not managed others or agencies who do
  • Strong segmentation and lifecycle marketing skills
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable pulling your own performance data, running A/B tests and presenting findings
  • A genuine obsession with detail – you QA your own work and don't rely on others to catch errors
  • A collaborative, team-first approach – you communicate clearly, meet commitments, manage competing priorities and work well alongside others

Nice to have

  • Experience working across multiple international markets, particularly FR and/or DE
  • Familiarity with SMS, WhatsApp or direct mail as part of a multi-channel CRM strategy
  • Strong creative judgement on email content and copy

Tools & skills

Must-haves

  • Klaviyo – advanced, hands-on proficiency across flows, campaigns, segmentation and reporting
  • Email as a primary channel – strong understanding of deliverability, list health and performance optimisation
  • Segmentation and lifecycle marketing – building targeted audiences using behavioural and transactional data
  • A/B testing and performance analysis – structured testing with a clear methodology for implementing learnings
  • Data literacy – GA4, Klaviyo reporting and spreadsheet analysis.

Nice to have

  • SMS and/or WhatsApp – familiarity with these as CRM channels alongside email
  • Figma – able to adapt or build campaign assets directly
  • GA4 – working knowledge for cross-channel attribution and traffic analysis
  • Copywriting and creative judgement – ability to write or meaningfully direct email content

You'll thrive in this role

  • Enjoy both the craft of flows (logic, timing, segmentation) and the pace of campaigns (creative, relevance, urgency)
  • Work well as part of a team – sharing knowledge, asking questions and communicating openly
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you adapt without losing quality
  • Find satisfaction in steady, incremental performance improvement as much as big launch moments

Why this role matters

CRM is one of TentBox's most important revenue channels – delivering significant, efficient contribution without incremental media spend. As we continue to grow across the UK and EU, the channel is becoming increasingly central to:

  • Driving repeat purchases and accessory sales from our growing customer base
  • Converting high-intent users already in our ecosystem through well-timed automated flows
  • Maximising the value of the traffic we invest heavily in across paid channels

This role reflects the confidence we have in CRM's ability to deliver more. You'll have the platform access, the team knowledge and the commercial context to contribute quickly and shape the channel meaningfully.

What we offer

  • Hybrid working options
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays / pro-rata
  • Private Health Care
