The Opportunity

Are you a master of words and big ideas who can shape unique brand voices and lead high-impact campaigns?

Open Partners is looking for a Creative Copywriter to become a driving force of great copy and creative ideas across our studio. Working alongside our Creative Art Director, Creative Director, and Strategy team, you will push impactful concepts and drive the creative vision for the agency. In this role, you will define narrative hooks, build multi-product messaging frameworks, and deliver premium copy that translates complex brand strategies into tangible client success.

Your Role & Responsibilities

You will balance strategic concept development with master-level copy execution to ensure our creative output remains top-tier:

Conceptual Thinking & Narrative Ownership: Partner with the Creative Art Director and Strategy team to establish strong brand platforms, co-creating platform-agnostic campaign concepts and relatable territories that elevate client positioning.

Collaborative Campaign Delivery: Guide concepts smoothly through to completion, working closely with the wider Creative team to delegate tasks effectively based on individual skill sets.

Message Architecture: Design unified messaging frameworks and matrices for complex, multi-tiered accounts to ensure a single, cohesive brand voice across every channel.

Master Copy Creation: Write the foundational creative manifestos, ad-lines, social hooks, and scripts that set the standard for others to follow.

Prompt Engine Optimisation: Partner with the Connected Content Senior Partner to translate approved verbal brand codes into structured guardrails, token layers, and contextual inputs for our agency copywriting systems.

Quality Governance: Serve as the ultimate human arbiter of taste, auditing and reviewing sample outputs from agency writing systems to protect the absolute quality of our work.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the Head of Content and media operators to align copy structures with modern platform discovery rules, including traditional search layouts, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and social spaces.

Trusted Partnerships: You have built deep, trusted relationships with our clients and are established as a knowledgeable partner.

Centralised Operations: You have created a consistent operational system for your master copy that connects natively into overarching agency systems.

Co-Intelligent Output: You and your team are working co-intelligently with a blended Human Intelligence (HI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) workforce to scale premium copy efficiently.

Independent Delivery: You are delivering platform-ready concepts entirely independently, taking the lead on copy routing and status updates.
