About the role:
This role is essential in supporting the Content Strategy Manager and wider team by taking ownership of key executional and organisational tasks, helping to deliver content across social platforms. You’ll be the backbone of the team, ensuring that trend-driven, reactive, and planned content runs seamlessly. You’ll support briefing creative projects, contribute to content ideation and strategy, and assist with shoot development. By co-ordinating closely with the social and creative teams and handling day-to-day content operations, you’ll empower the team to focus on high-level strategy and creative ideation.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Whether it’s capturing engaging ideas, developing content shoots, sharing creative insights, you’ll be a key player in bringing our content strategies to life.
You’ll need to be motivated & positive; a can-do mentality is a must. We have a flat structure and believe no idea is a bad idea so there is lots of room to make your mark when it comes to content, ideation, process and structure. So, if you’re hungry to make a positive mark, come on in.
