About the Role

We are seeking a driven and creative Consumer Marketing Manager to lead and deliver consumer marketing strategy for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland (HPWW) — one of the UK’s most iconic and beloved seasonal events. This is a mid-level commercial and creative role sitting within the Arts & Entertainment division of MARI. You’ll work closely with the Senior Consumer Marketing Director, Event SVPs, and Finance and Digital Marketing teams, with your work having direct impact on consumer revenue, ticket sales, and event attendance targets.

As the lead on all marketing and PR activity for HPWW, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing multichannel campaigns, managing budgets and revenue forecasting, and leading a team of Digital and Marketing professionals. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. If you’re energised by live events and popular culture — and you have a proven track record of driving consumer engagement and ticket sales at scale — this role was built for you.

This is a permanent, full-time role and qualified candidates must be based in London, UK.

You’ll be part of a hybrid team based at 180 The Strand, London. We’ll cover the details of our hybrid schedule during the interview process.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Successful delivery of a multichannel marketing campaign for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland that meets or exceeds consumer revenue, ticket sales, and attendance targets.
  • Marketing budget managed within agreed parameters, with clear evidence of ROI optimisation and efficiencies identified through consistent review of historic approaches.
  • Regular, high-quality marketing reporting delivered to Senior Leadership, encompassing ticket sales analysis, NPS and survey data, financial updates, and strategic campaign performance.
  • Strong cross-functional relationships built with Digital, Account Management, Global Partnerships, and wider event marketing teams and agencies, with positive feedback from key stakeholders.

What You'll Own:

  • Lead end-to-end marketing and PR strategy for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, including planning and executing multichannel campaigns that drive consumer revenue and ticket sales
  • Drive ticket sales and audience growth by working closely with the Digital Marketing team to deliver high-performing digital campaigns, and leading OOH, print, and distribution activity
  • Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Global Partnerships, Finance, and wider event marketing teams to align on commercial goals, sponsor agreements, and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Own the marketing budget for HPWW, consistently identifying efficiencies and maximising ROI
  • Represent the event externally through media partner relationships, CSR activity, and Crisis Communications planning, protecting and enhancing the HPWW brand
  • Lead regular marketing reporting for the Senior Leadership team, covering ticket sales, financial data, NPS and survey analysis, and strategic and campaign updates
  • Manage and develop a direct report (Consumer Marketing Coordinator), providing day-to-day line management and supporting their personal and professional growth
  • Direct creative development across all marketing materials and manage post-campaign analysis, making data-driven recommendations to optimise future strategy
  • Drive innovation across all marketing activity, keeping abreast of emerging trends, competitor activity, and best practices across the live events industry

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in consumer marketing, ideally within live events, entertainment, or a similarly fast-paced, audience-facing sector
  • A strong track record of planning and delivering multichannel marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience growth, and commercial outcomes
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, including revenue forecasting, ROI analysis, and post-campaign reporting
  • Confident working cross-functionally across digital, commercial, and creative teams, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • People management experience, with the ability to develop and support direct reports to achieve their goals
  • A passion for live events and festive entertainment, with the curiosity and drive to push creative and commercial boundaries
