Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you will support the delivery of Reward's communications activity across internal and external channels. You will help ensure consistent messaging, support media and PR activity, manage social media content and contribute to thought leadership initiatives that enhance Reward's reputation within the market.
You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Communications and colleagues across Reward and Rezolve Ai, helping to ensure communications are aligned, well-governed and consistent with wider group messaging.
This role offers broad exposure across corporate communications and is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in PR, communications or corporate affairs.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting ability.
- Understanding of public relations and media engagement principles.
- Knowledge of what makes a strong press release and compelling story.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest ideas and identify opportunities.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Interest in technology, AI, retail, loyalty or customer engagement sectors.
Desirable
- Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
- Previous internship, placement or work experience in communications, PR, journalism or marketing.
- Experience working with social media management tools.
- PR agency experience or internship experience.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn or corporate social channels.
1. Corporate Communications
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate communications activities and campaigns.
- Assist in drafting communications materials including press releases, articles, blogs, company announcements and executive communications.
- Help ensure consistency of messaging across internal and external channels.
- Conduct research to support communications projects and campaigns.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for communications initiatives
2. Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media scheduling and publishing.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Monitor performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and visibility.
3. Public Relations & Media
- Assist with media monitoring and reporting.
- Support relationships with PR agencies and external communications partners.
- Research media opportunities and relevant industry conversations.
- Help coordinate interviews, media requests and press activity.
- Maintain media lists and journalist databases.
4. Thought Leadership
- Support the development of thought leadership content for senior executives.
- Research industry trends, customer loyalty, retail, AI and data topics.
- Identify opportunities for Reward leaders to contribute to relevant industry discussions.
- Assist in drafting articles, opinion pieces and speaking submissions.
5. General Communications Support
- Coordinate communication calendars and content schedules.
- Assist with internal communications initiatives.
- Carry out communications administration and reporting activities.
