Purpose of the Role
The Communications Coordinator will support the planning, creation and delivery of clear, consistent communications and marketing support across King’s Cross.
Working closely with the Engagement Manager and in collaboration with the wider Marketing and Experience teams, the role will support the delivery of customer engagement and messaging for key audiences including residents, retail partners and occupiers. This will include assisting with day‑to‑day communications, digital content and estate assets that help bring people together, ensure the smooth functioning of the neighbourhood, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Through clear messaging and engaging content, the role will help ensure our occupiers, retailers and residents know what’s happening across King’s Cross and what makes it a brilliant place to live, work and visit, while ensuring all communications align with the King’s Cross brand, tone of voice and visual standards.
This is a varied, hands‑on role, well suited to someone early in their communications career who is keen to build experience in a busy, place‑based environment and develop their skills in customer engagement and communications.
