Act as the key connector between category strategy, commercial partners, distributors, and external agencies, translating plans into flawless execution, increased distribution, velocity, and brand visibility.

End‑to‑End Brand & Commercial Execution
Ensure effective execution of brand and commercial initiatives across European markets by aligning closely with operators and distributors, acting as the main point of contact to secure flawless implementation. Ensuring plans are delivered on time, in full, and to standard, with strong follow‑up and accountability.
Brand & Commercial Activation Excellence
Drive organic growth by working hand‑in‑hand with operators to improve distribution, rate of sales, in-store visibility, and execution discipline across all channels.
Executing Strategy into Market Impact – Perfect execution
Translate category and commercial strategies into high‑quality in‑market activations, ensuring operators clearly understand priorities, guidelines, and execution standards.
Asses new opportunities for market expansion and execution of innovations
Lead the introduction of new products, or operational practices to meet evolving consumer needs. Monitor implementation effectiveness and identify new markets potentials. Follow Innovations KPIs
Manage and build strong relationships with the local and external business partners
Provide ongoing support and ensure brand standards across local franchisee and external clients. Lead the different training programs and provide operational guidance aligned with the vision of Beliv.
