Purpose of the Role
The Campaigns and Communications Executive plays a key role in the creation and delivery of engaging, high-quality PR and influencer-led content across social media, video, email and web channels.
In line with current business priorities, the role is primarily focused on PR and influencer activity, which will account for approximately three days per week. The remaining time will support content creation and management across a portfolio of leisure and retail destinations, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience in a marketing, PR or communications role, with a strong focus on editorial, copywriting and campaign delivery.
Demonstrable experience managing influencer campaigns, including briefing, liaison, content approval and performance evaluation.
Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to produce engaging, accurate and on-brand content across multiple channels.
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, with a clear understanding of how to drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and deadlines effectively.
A proactive approach, with a keen interest in emerging trends across social media, PR and digital communications.
Experience using video editing tools to produce high-quality content for social media channels.
Experience using social media management tools, such as Sprout Social (or similar platforms).
Confident in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with email marketing systems, such as Mailchimp, including campaign creation and performance tracking.

The successful candidate will be expected to stay up to date with the evolving communications landscape and proactively contribute ideas and strategies to ensure that managed accounts, as well as Savills Place brand communications, remain current, engaging and effective. As the role evolves, you will be required to undertake additional duties in line with business needs and your ongoing professional development within the organisation.
Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Three days per week in the Manchester city centre office, two from home/site.
