Job Summary
The Brand Partnerships Manager, Oceania Cruises is responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic brand partnerships that strengthen Oceania Cruises’ luxury positioning, expand brand reach and support commercial growth objectives. This role will manage a portfolio of global brand, commercial & marketing led partnerships. Working with internal & external teams to create impactful collaborations that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business performance.
This role brings strong experience in marketing, partnership development, and integrated campaign execution. Identifying new partnership opportunities, building strong partner relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful delivery of co-branded initiatives that align with Oceania Cruises’ global marketing strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands, lifestyle organizations, and relevant partners that align with Oceania Cruises’ brand values and business objectives.
- Support the Director of Strategic Brand Partnerships Director in the development of partnership strategies, including partner identification, audience alignment, campaign planning, and performance measurement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, serving as a key point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial value with a priority focus on lead generation and database growth for the Oceania brand.
- Lead the annual & ongoing planning and execution of integrated co-branded marketing campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all global offices including Brand, PR, Digital, Creative, Sales, Legal, and Analytics teams to deliver successful partnership activations.
- Account management for partnership agreements, timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure commitments are fulfilled and objectives are achieved.
- Develop partnership proposals and presentations that communicate strategic value, campaign opportunities, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations to optimize future initiatives and ROI.
- Maintain accurate partnership forecasts, project plans, and reporting dashboards.
- Support senior leadership & partnership tram across Oceania & Regent with partnership insights, market trends, and recommendations for future growth opportunities
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field;
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, brand collaborations, or related fields, preferably within luxury, travel, hospitality, or premium consumer industries.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships, negotiate agreements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working with luxury brands and high-value consumer audiences preferred.
- Strong understanding of partnership marketing principles, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to travel Internationally as required.
