Overview

We are hiring an AV Manager to join our Publicis Next team, supporting one of Europe’s most recognised and innovative brands. This is an opportunity to shape how millions of people engage with content across TV, video and cinema, while working on campaigns that deliver real business impact. You'll take ownership of AV activity from planning through to activation and performance review, collaborating with talented teams, clients and media partners in a fast-moving and supportive environment. Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AV campaigns across TV, video and cinema, from planning and activation through to optimisation and reporting.
  • Manage campaign governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across booking, approvals, delivery and reconciliation.
  • Build strong relationships with media owners and partners, identifying opportunities to maximise value, innovation and campaign impact.
  • Provide clients with clear recommendations, actionable insights and performance updates that help drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with planning, investment and specialist teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
  • Support and develop junior colleagues through coaching, knowledge sharing and day-to-day guidance.
  • Stay connected to developments across the AV marketplace and bring fresh thinking, trends and opportunities back to the team

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for

  • Experience planning, buying and managing AV campaigns, with strong knowledge of TV and the wider video landscape.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and media partners.
  • Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A collaborative approach and an interest in supporting and developing others.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Commercial awareness and a curiosity about the evolving media and entertainment landscape.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
