The Administration, Lettings and Marketing Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the smooth and professional operation of school lettings, theatre bookings and school events. This position will work closely with The Business Enterprise Manager, Deputy Manager Squire PAC, Theatre Technical Team, Business Support team, Facilities team and school marketing team as well as the wider school community, to ensure high quality communication, accurate record keeping, and effective coordination of events, staffing, and venue requirements. In addition, the role provides marketing support, helping to promote theatre activities through digital platforms, social media and venue based marketing materials.
We’re seeking someone with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. You’ll be calm under pressure, professional in your communication with customers and contractors, and confident working collaboratively as part of a friendly, forward‑thinking team.
The role is a part time, permanent position, working 20 hours per week.
