Our client based in Brighton are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join their team. The Telemarketing Executive will target key businesses within their customer demographic, engaging with high level decision makers to gain their interest in the business’ products and service.The Role:Working closely with the Regional Sales Directors, the Telemarketing Executive will book prospect meetings and support in developing the business relationship moving forward. Contact from the Telemarketing Executive can often be the first time the prospect has spoken with the company so ensuring a highly professional service is delivered is key. Enquires will also be received via both digital platforms and telephone calls directly to the Sales Support Team. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for qualifying inbound enquires and passing on to the Regional Sales Director where appropriate. Working from their contemporary Brighton office you’ll be supported by a highly experienced team to help develop the knowledge and skillset needed to achieve the KPI’s.Responsibilities:Consistently provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments for the Regional Sales DirectorsWork to high volume call and duration targetsDevelop long lasting relationships with prospects, and act as a Brand Ambassador.Qualification of inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting into qualified sales leadsBuild and maintain the company’s contact management database/CRM platform according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting demandsCo-ordinate new business meetings with the Sales DirectorsManage and maintain lead referrals through the Sales PipelineWork with the wider Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaignsEffective planning of time and tasks to ensure monthly sales and calling targets are achievedWork with the Regional Sales Directors to identify target prospects, taking on board feedback from past prospect meetings.Risk & Compliance:Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.Skills & Experience:EssentialExperience of using a CRM systemPrevious outbound business to business telesales experienceAbility to demonstrate telephone sales techniquesExperience in customer services environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build relationships with high level decision makersDesirableSales experience within the financial or professional services environmentEducation:EssentialMinimum of Maths and English GSCE Grade ‘C’ or equivalentDesirableUK Finance Foundation course desirable or willing to work towardsUnfortunately, due to time restrictions we cannot respond to every applicant, in the event that we haven’t contacted you within 48 hours please take it you have not been successful for this particular role, but your details will be kept on file and considered for all future vacancies.We are an equal opportunities agency and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.We are acting on behalf of the client as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
