The Company - International Marketing Manager

Our exclusive client is making waves in the technology sector with regards to safety across construction, industrial and logistics. They are the go-to business with regards to hugely practical technology and software solutions, in a very exciting phase in their growth plans!

With an established and proven product in the UK market, they’re looking to go international, starting with North America where they already have a small network of distributors.

The Role - International Marketing Manager

Reporting directly to the CEO in a stand-alone marketing position for now for this division of the business, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy, determining, and managing budgets.
  • Leading on the business’s digital presence across new CMS and CRM systems, focussing on messaging, lead generation campaigns and brand image.
  • Executing content marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including the development of marketing materials.
  • Conducting market research and support in the development of product pricing.
  • Organising events and trade shows internationally and supporting local partners and distributors.

This position will best suit someone looking to step up and build and manage a team in the future. There will be a ‘start up feel’ so those coming from a smaller business would be ideal.

Requirements - International Marketing Manager

  • 3-5 year’s senior marketing experience with developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • A strong B2B background, ideally within technology, software or construction.
  • Ideally a degree in marketing or relevant qualification.
  • Drive, have your own transport and be willing to travel to the Bournemouth offices ad-hoc.
  • Have a self-motivated attitude, be an excellent communicator and be comfortable and efficient working from home for most of the time.


This role is fully remote, with ad-hoc travel to their HQ in Bournemouth and occasional travel to their relevant sites.

Therefore, candidates must drive and have their own transport, and ideally be located across southern and central counties such as (but not limited to) Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex.
