Marketing Manager, Bournemouth -

The Company – Marketing Manager

Our client is a B2B technology organisation situated within the construction sector. They are a small team at the moment, which huge growth plans. This is there this Marketing Manager position comes in!

The business partner closely with some fantastic organisations, both SMEs and large blue chips highly renowned nationally. In their niche field, they dominate the space and are regarded as thought leaders.

The Role – Marketing Manager

  • Reporting directly into the Managing Directors, with the view to potentially grow a team in the future, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital predominately.
  • Plan and executive demand generation activities and multi-channel campaigns, such as PPC and email.
  • Managing PR and design agencies.
  • Create and manage content, focusing on tone of voice and thought leadership, alongside lead generation.
  • Manage marketing budgets.
  • Organise events and exhibitions.

Requirements – Marketing Manager

In order to be considered for this position you’ll have a minimum of 5 years marketing experience, able to both develop and implementing digital and traditional marketing plans. You’ll also have a good understanding in demand generation, content management and how to nurture and manage campaigns.

You must also come from a B2B background, ideally in technology, construction, infrastructure, or similar.


This position will be a minimum of 1-2 days in the office per week, so you need to be located within commuting distances of the offices to just north of Bournemouth. There will also be some occasional travel for site visits.

Suitable areas include: Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ringwood, Dorchester, Weymouth, Salisbury, Southampton, Eastleigh, and Yeovil.
