The Company – Digital Marketing Manager

We’ve partnered with a well-established and cutting-edge software organisation based in Central Cambridge, who are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their marketing team of 3.

They’re seeking someone with a real passion for all things digital, and a love of tech!

This role requires someone to be in the office a minimum of once a week, the rest working remotely. It is a full-time permanent role.

The Role – Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the wider marketing team of 3, you’ll be responsible for assisting with planning, and owning the delivery of the digital marketing strategy.

They’re looking for experience in automation (they use HubSpot currently), PPC and SEO (on and off-page), and ideally some lead generation. The other 2 people in the team are content focused, and they do outsource some areas such as web development, though website management is also key to this role.

Their CRM is Salesforce, which is all integrated into their automation; they have someone to maintain Salesforce who you’ll also work closely with.

Requirements – Digital Marketing Manager

  • At least 5 years’ experience, with experience in marketing automation and digital
  • Ideally a degree or CIM qualification in marketing, though this isn’t essential
  • A passion for technology, and experience with marketing in the B2B sector
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot (ideally), Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua or similar.
  • Experience in PPC and technical SEO
  • Basic HTML/CSS for website updating


This role is based once a week in their Cambridge offices, with the rest working remotely. Those who wish to attend the office more of course, certainly can!
