Channel Partner Manager (Recruitment Software)

We’ve been busy opening up a whole new channel to our business. Having sold our recruitment software directly into a client base of over 300 clients, we have recently seen success in selling our recruitment software to new customers via recruitment agencies.

We now need someone who can own this entire channel, building on our initial success and establishing new relationships with director level contacts at recruitment agencies.

The opportunity

Supported by our marketing team you will help to plan and execute campaigns to engage recruitment agency owners and discuss our partner offering with them. You will manage this relationship from initial contact through to contract signing and onboarding.

  • Move from being a recruitment supplier to being a sole supplier and key partner to their client.
  • Differentiate their offering from 99% of the market.
  • Secure long term contracts and grow their business.

Whilst not every agency is ready to embrace change, those that are cannot fail to see our offering as a win-win for both their clients and themselves. Once fully onboarded the agency is able to offer a complete recruitment solution all underpinned by hireful technology that helps their clients to streamline their processes, improve candidate experience and attract higher value applicants.

What we need you to bring to the party:

Experience of working in a B2B new business focused role.*

Able to work in a consultative manner

Ideally, you will have some knowledge of recruitment processes, which is likely to come from having worked in this industry but this is not essential.

You should also be optimistic, self-motivated, fun, inquisitive, talkative, smiley, lively, enterprising and fierce (in a good way).

*Please note: There is no “cold calling” involved in this position. However, we do expect you to be able to make initial contact (email/LinkedIn) and explain the offering to prospective partners.
