About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to help lead our agency team on social media, digital comms and marketing strategy.You’ll be personable, ambitious, creative and analytical; a savvy digital all-rounder who has a passion for delivering quality content, analysing progress, with a broad interest in food, drink, travel and the London social landscape.
Key Responsibilities for Digital Account Manager
Account management:• Manage multiple clients directly, building long term relationships, liaising with wider agency team• Lead in pitching digital services to prospective clients• Plan and implement digital strategies according to client needs• Manage and advise on client digital marketing budgets• Lead content team
Digital marketing:• Deliver dynamic social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok)• Social media community engagement and management• Content Editor-in-chief, ensuring high standard of delivery• Manage photography, videography and graphic design briefs for creative assets• Lead copywriter, setting TOV across social media and websites• Blog content SEO• Run email marketing campaigns• Manage website CMS, familiar with WordPress• Build Influencer relationships and manage Influencer marketing campaigns• Set social media and digital benchmarks, objectives and KPIs• Analyse campaign performances• Produce regular digital and social media progress reports• Research and attend relevant events and seminars for personal growth
Essential Skills and Competencies• Interest in London, food & drink, lifestyle, culture sectors• Experience working as a Digital Account Executive/ Account Manager• Experience working with content SEO and keyword research• Experience working with Facebook Business Manager• Experience using Wordpress (or other CMS)• Experience running email marketing campaign using MailChimp or similar platforms• Familiar with Google Analytics and reporting• Familiar with social media scheduling tools (e.g. SKED, Hootsuite, Sprout)• Hands on experience delivering video content• In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology• Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities
Desirable Skills and Competencies• Experience running Google Adwords (PPC and display) campaigns• CRM software experience• Web design experience• MA in Marketing or relevant field
