Operative Multi Trade - must have Social Housing ExperienceTemp - Perm£34-£37k circaCovering LondonOur Client is currently looking for a Multi Trades person to cover a Social Housing contract .To deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our client based in the NW London area. Covering multiple domestic properties, handling all aspects of plumbing works.(Repairs, Maintenance, install, replacements).We are looking for someone with various multi-trade skills and experience, sufficient to enable the completion of repairs at the first visit (first time fix).Main Responsibilities;

• Basic Plumbing - Blockages and water leaks, replacement of shower controls and taps etc, waste fittings, wc seats, wc cistern repairs, pipe fittings, WM installation etc.
• Carpentry - Locks and casements, overhaul doors, fitting and replacing door closers, window handles, assemble flat pack furniture, fitting shelves, window dressings, other minor carpentry repairs etc
• Electrical - Changing light bulbs, replacing small appliance fuses, troubleshooting minor faults. Resetting timeclocks
• Bricklaying
• Tiling
• Plastering
• UPVC repairs and maintenance

Must have

• Up to 2 years' experience required
• NVQ Level in trades
• Previous social housing experience essential
• DBS check will be required
• Driving Licence essential (manual)
