Your new companyYou will be joining a reputable insurance firm who offer a variety of insurance products to its customers across the globe. Our client is looking for a Social Media lead to join on a 12- month parental cover. Your new roleYou will be joining as Social Media Lead and will taking on a very exciting & visible role, leading the development of their consumer cross - channel social media strategy. This will include looking at various social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok. You will be sitting within their central marketing team and will manage a team of paid & organic specialists. You will also be overseeing campaigns, content planning and driving growth and engagement.This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days at home) in their central London-based office.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be an ambitious, self-motivated individual who has experience within a Social Media role. You will also have:

• 4/5 years in a similar Social Media role
• Experience across various social channels including TikTok (must), Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn etc.
• Strong strategic experience.
• Previous experience within a managerial position.
