Job Description: As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their digital presence and driving brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) that aligns with their brand's identity and goals.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand visibility, attract new followers, and drive traffic to the website.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage both B2B and B2C channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Respond to comments and messages, engage with our audience, and manage social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a social media role
- Background in physical product marketing on a B2B level
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media best practices and platform algorithms.
- Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical skills to track and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging platforms.
