Regional Quality Improvement - Health and Social Care -Permanent Opportunity- Competitive salary and benefits package - North West

Servoca are working with a national care provider who are looking for a Regional Quality Improvement within Health and Social Care to cover the North West region.Role -You will have a proven background working within the Adult Learning Disabilities sector providing quality improvements within homes in the area.Embed systems into the organisation and develop and implement these. You will be evaluating and assessing positive behaviour plans, analysing current processes and mythologies continuously improving the standards and practices.You will report on the Quality Assurance across the region ensuring learning is shared form any incidents and review and develop action plans with managers and senior leadership.You will work alongside experts who have proven working background within the specialism. You will support in the safety of the homes and adhere to CQC and statutory regulations, policies and practices.

Lead regular review meetings across our services to review, analyse and support interventions for performance work statements and such. Developing the company model across the network.

The organisation is growing and developing with this in mind you will be instrumental in the companies safeguarding procedures, strategic vision, promote best practice and effective person centred care, driving the development of the new service adhering to regulatory governance frameworks.

Collaboratively working with the whole team in services and the wider network, providing monthly reporting.Supporting Directors and senior leadership with training and quality of care in the organisation.Requirements - 2.1 Degree or equivalent or relevant industry specific qualification.Solid understanding of CQC and compliance.Proven background within Projects managementProven background within quality management and service improvements within health and social care.Full Clean UK Driving Licence
