Planning Supervisor / Scheduling Team Leader (Social Housing)
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid/Smart Working)
£34,400 per annum plus benefits
Permanent, Full Time
37 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Flexibility Negotiable)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Supervisor to work here at Thrive Homes!
We’re seeking for a professional and self-motivated individual to hit the ground running who will take pride and ownership of this role. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a high-quality building services and maintenance service by the management of the internal planning team.
Proactive in your approach you will manage the fleet servicing and repairs and effectively advise both internal and external customers on all housing-related matters.
Other Responsibilities:
· Managing and producing KPIs and data for THS managers.
· Be available for out of hours supervisor contact. (On a rota basis.)
· Escalation of ongoing issues, H&S, and compliance - to ensure the relevant business function is informed.
· Undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as required by your line manager/senior manager.
Requirements:
· Demonstrable track record of delivery against our key deliverables or a foundation on which can be built to fulfil the full brief.
· We are flexible in how you have achieved your skills and experience, through education or through worked experience.
· Your ability to role model our core behaviours is as important as technical expertise.
· You must be able to support a culture founded in trust and respect for everyone.
· Experience of working within social housing would be highly beneficial.
· Line management experience is desirable.
