Remuneration: £45,000-£60,000 + £15,000 - £20,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager -Riser Solutions will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality riser solutions
• Typical projects will be 20 stories or higher
• Majority of your time will be spent dealing with large tier 1 contractors such as: MACE, Willmott Dixon, Kier, Multiplex, Skanska, Laing O’Rourke, Vinci, Balfour Beatty, Bam Nuttall
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent dealing with architects, M&E consultants and structural engineers
• Once up and running you will be targeted to achieve £1m - £1.5m turnover
• Order values will range from £300k-£500k depending on project size and scope
• Will be working alongside company Directors

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager - Riser Solutions with:

• Must have sold to tier 1 contractors, end users or facilities management companies such as: MACE, Willmott Dixon, ISG, Kier, Multiplex, Skanska, Laing O’Rourke, Vinci etc
• Must have sold a structural building product such as: steel frame work, cladding, insulation, concrete framework, blockworks, technical fixings, partitions etc
• Must be able to sell a technical solution and not on price
• Hungry for new business with a consultative approach
