Day to day tasks:
- Proven track record of sales management with experience managing large National Distributors and Wholesalers.
- A thorough understanding of split systems, VRF systems and design is required. Knowledge of applied products/chillers/AHU would be of use.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Proven track record of working successfully as part of a team to deliver team/department goals.
- Good organisational skills, highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated - able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer focused solution.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good judgement - able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility.
- Able to solve business and customer related issues.
- Able to be flexible and develop quality, customer-focused targets and service.
