Salary: £30,000 Basic+ £3,600 Car Allowance+ 3% of Sales Exchanges (Uncapped OTE £45,000+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate valuations and instructions.

• Efficiently manage your time and resources to maximize team potential.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships.

• Achieve set targets and objectives.

• Assist the Branch Manager in staff development.

• Handle daily inquiries, both face-to-face and via telephone.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Drive lead generation through various third-party suppliers.

• Maintain accurate records in our software system.

• Perform other duties as requested by senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

You will engage with employees, Managers, Directors within the Sales team, customers, solicitors, and external suppliers as required.
