Title: - Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £25k Per Annum plus bonuses

Our client based in Bicester is seeking a Sales Coordinator/Accoutn Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be providing an outstanding and consistent level of service to customers regarding enquiries and order placements.

Duties:

  • Receive and process customer quotes, enquiries and orders and respond to them within 24hours
  • Understand future customer needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with different departments across the company
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are always met
  • Maintain accurate and up to date files for all business documents and correspondence
  • Follow up on actions to requests arising from different departments (Field Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance)
  • Ensure returns related to sales office errors are kept to a minimum, and where appropriate initiate corrective actions to ensure no repeats of the same type of error occurs
  • Ensure all responsibilities are compliant with Health and Safety documented processes
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by your Line Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a customer facing support role and/or sales position
  • Working experience in an international company, preferably in industrial manufacturing environment desirable
  • SAP knowledge
  • Understanding of planning / international supply chain networks
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Team player
  • Positive and open-minded with a hands-on/can-do mentality
  • Customer oriented
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Accurate and good attention to detail
