Salary: £25,000 + Bonus

Our client is a leading home retailer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and offering high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to support the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our Bradford location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in managing the store's overall performance, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
  • Work with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue and customer engagement
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
  • Manage the store's inventory, including receiving, stocking, and restocking products
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping as required


  • Proven experience in a similar role in a retail environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
