Currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join a leading supplier of recycling and quarrying equipment. This individual will be responsible for selling mobile crushing and screening equipment within the South West Region - Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Hampshire, Glouctershire, Somerset and Wiltshire.
Base salary between £25-30k, plus OTE to be discussed at interview (2% of revenue on each crusher sold), company vehicle!
You need to be an energetic team player - experience in this industry is welcomed however full training will be provided in order for you to become successful in this role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting to the MD, you will deliver on the annual sales plan of mobile crushing & screening products by targeting existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory - South West
- Drive a pipeline of sales opportunities by maintaining a high level of customer engagement and activity with regular site visits and phone contact with existing and prospective customers.
- Building & maintaining relationships by engaging with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Completing tender documentation and preparing quotations to a high standard.
- Utilising and managing your own schedule and activity and to record customer interactions and opportunities.
