Your new companyIs an award-winning leader in the market they operate within and they are growing at an exponential rate. They have appointed Hays to recruit a B2B Sales Team Manager for their office in Derry. They offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package. Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and this is an office-based role.Your new roleAs B2B Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and nurturing the team whilst delivering business growth. As Team Manager, you will oversee a well established and high-performing team, mentoring and guiding them to success. You will collaborate with the leadership team in relation to the sales development strategy and inspire your team to create and refine sales scripts and strategies that propel them to success in conversion rates and pipeline generation. You will conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions, ensuring your team are always learning and are at the top of their game. Demonstrate tenacity, motivation, and exemplary communication skills as you lead by example and exceed targets. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering insightful sales reports that provide a clear picture of the organisation's mission-related objectives.What you'll need to succeedAs B2B Sales Team Manager you will be:- A Proven Leader: Results focused and dynamic in your approach with the ability to positively influence the team and successfully steer them to new heights.- Sales Dynamo: Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, always striving to be better- Communication Pro: Excellent communicator amongst your team and peers plus the ability to maintain strong relationships across the business.- SaaS Savvy: Knowledge of Sales/SDR methodologies in the SaaS industry.
