Sales Manager Interaction Recruitment are proud to be partnering with an industry leader in their sector.My client is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team on a full-time permanent basis. SALARY: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) LOCATION: STAMFORD (HYBRID PATTERN) HOURS: 9AM - 5:30PM You will be responsible for collaborating within your teams to identify areas of revenue and to provide the right events, digital and print solutions for customers to meet the companys revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and delivering events, digital and print campaigns for customers
  • To actively sell both trade stands and digital advertising
  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Engaging with senior management of reputable European organisations
  • Maximising sales revenues to meet and exceed targets
  • Developing strong relationships with editorial teams that can help develop fresh and unique proposals across the companys brands
  • Managing national accounts and budget spends

This role would suit someone that has experience with driving revenue opportunities and demonstrated success in liaising with influential stakeholders. My client would be keen to engage with people from a commercial background that have worked in the following roles: Sales, Account Management, Event Management and Business Development. A Successful Candidate Will Display The Following:

  • Proven sales experience (Essential)
  • Digital or events experience (Desired)
  • Experience in driving revenue and increasing opportunities
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with influential stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
  • A proven track-record of revenue growth
