European Service and Sales Manager- Permanent Salary up to 90k + Car Home Based 60% of European Travelling is involved - visiting customers, key accounts, and managing relationships

The Recruitment Group has an exceptional position that we are recruiting for currently, our client is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions that designs, manufactures, and supplies ultra-precision equipment in Europe across multiple industries and is looking for a Service and Sales Manager to lead a team of Engineers who will also be extremely hands-on with visiting and building strong relationships with key customers across Europe. The person in this position will serve as the subject matter expert within Ultra Precision's ophthalmic equipment in Europe and is responsible for developing and executing sales & service strategies. Purpose of the European Service and Sales Manager role:

The European Service and Sales Manager will manage the service department to ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while managing new and existing customer accounts within the region. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key customers, providing customer support, resolving service issues, and identifying and developing sales opportunities. . Build and maintain relationships with key customers in Europe. . Provide customers with technical support (remote and on-site) for ophthalmic equipment in Europe. . Manage the service department to ensure that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. . Identify and develop sales opportunities in the European ophthalmic market by deploying existing and creating new strategies. . Provide training to customers on ophthalmic equipment. . Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events Experience/knowledge requirements for the European Service and Sales Manager

. Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred . Experience managing a service team. . Experience with medical instrumentation highly desirable, understanding of the European ophthalmic market preferred. . Excellent communication (multilingual is beneficial) and interpersonal skills. .
