Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage Services Sales Manager to join us in Devon and Cornwall under our Mortgage Services Sales Management Programme.Ideally this will suit an experienced and successful mortgage and protection adviser; who is looking to develop professional supervisory skills under the mentorship of the Regional Mortgage Services Director. You will help to recruit, develop, lead and motivate a team of advisers across 15 offices in the Plymouth and East Cornwall area alongside the senior management team. You will be able to do this through leading by example, while developing your leadership and mentoring skills and the teams skills and knowledge on a regular basis.Your training programme will include hands on mentorship with the Regional MS Director, a dedicated Mortgage Services Induction Programme with ongoing support and internal development courses. The right applicant will have a desire to lead, motivate and build a team to achieve high level success across Devon and Cornwall.Salary & Benefits
