Are you a design-focused, driven, high calibre, talented, and ambitious Specification Sales Professional with sound experience and a proven track record in promoting design-led interior products and solutions primarily to Architects & Interior Designers, Furniture Manufacturers, Furniture Dealers, Office Fit-Out & D&B Companies?

If so, we are working with a highly dynamic, design-driven, and disruptive Manufacturer of Fabrics & Furniture Solutions who are due to growth and expansion seeking to recruit a Field Sales Manager to join their already well-established team with responsibility for promoting their full products and solutions in Central London

We are proud to be collaborating with an industry-leading and ultra-respected company that due to exciting expansion plans is seeking to recruit an additional Field Sales Manager to assist in the growth of the business and brand in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

  • Focus on the (Central London) market
  • Increase market share and revenue by managing, developing, and maintaining accounts whilst acquiring new customers
  • Investigate and fully understand competitors in the market
  • Identify new market opportunities and needs
  • Develop and deliver training for existing and new customers as well as influencers of the sales process.

Main Duties

Sales

  • Identify and approach the A&D community, Interior Designers, associated Contractors, Furniture Dealers and preferred Furniture Manufacturers both in the UK and Internationally
  • Create long-term relationships with the above-mentioned target customers to secure fabrics as part of the selection process and prescribed for new projects
  • Contribute to Key Account maintenance and development to contribute to key account objectives and the business plan, providing compelling solutions to contribute to the success of the customer
  • Identify and approach the known high-potential target customers and seek new opportunities
  • Project management with the A&D community
  • Implement swift sample delivery as an active tool to secure excellent customer service and increased fabric specification

Administration and follow up

  • Actively maintain and seek to develop the CRM system
  • Supporting the business plan to deliver identified growth
  • Provide monthly reports to management on achievement of KPIs, sales statistics, market intelligence on new projects, product launches, etc
  • Share and implement your own activity plans
  • Handling Sample Master tools and budget

Education & experience required

  • A solid track record and documented sales results
  • Relevant commercial educational background
  • Good knowledge of SoMe
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office tools
  • Flair for good product design, colors, quality & functionality
  • Experience from a similar industry - interiors, acoustics, floor coverings, surfaces, furniture, upholstery fabrics, or related textile products
  • Has good communication skills - fluent in English

Salary & Benefits
