Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Floor Manager to join our client who is the industry's leading Employee Assistance Programme provider. This position is located in Manchester and contains many benefits including on target earnings of £45,000 - £60,000 as well as a generous salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, ideally in an inside sales department.

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + OTE £45,000 - £60,000
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Floor Manager:

  • Completing daily quality checks and feedback sessions with the team
  • Reviewing team performance daily and supporting the team with ongoing coaching to improve performance
  • Creating sales reports to monitor performance and quality scores
  • Supporting underperforming team members to ensure that the team are hitting minimum KPI's
  • Supporting with the onboarding and training of new starters

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Floor Manager:

  • Previous experience in an inside sales department is required
  • Experience managing a telesales call centre team for at least 3 years is preferred
  • Ability to motivate a team of BDM's
  • Good business acumen is required
  • Pro-active approach towards working to targets
  • Knowledge of salesforce, excel and the ability to do pivot tables
  • Must enjoy coaching and driving a team's performance
