Job Title: A&D Specification Sales Manager - Furniture

Industry Sector: A&D Specification, Specification Sales Manager, Architects, Interiors Designers, Furniture, Interior Building Products, Flooring, Fabrics, Textiles, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager

Area to be covered: London & South East (will have the autonomy to go after projects nationally)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + commission giving OTE of £65,000 - £70,000

Benefits: Full benefits package & travel allowance when visiting clientsThe role of the A&D Specification Sales Manager - Furniture will involve:

• A&D Specification Sales Manager position promoting a range of contract furniture products
• All of your time will be spent selling / generating specification with architects & interior design practises and end users
• Project sizes vary in size and scope for example £5k - £3m+
• New business and account management with be determined by your experience
• Turning over target will be based on experience however between £1m-£2m
• If the right candidate presents themselves will create a Head of A&D Sales vacancy

The ideal applicant will be an A&D Specification Sales Manager - Furniture with:

• Must have interior building product sales experience
• Must have A&D specification sales experience
• Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects / problem solving attitude
• Good time management skills, focused and customer service orientated
