My client, a successful and well-established family run business is seeking a new Field Sales Area Manager to join their company.
This will be an immediate start for the right applicant!
This is a dynamic and fast paced role involving servicing retail customers within the North and East London postcodes.
Resilience and enthusiasm are key skills. The successful applicant will be able to build rapport quickly, will present as trustworthy and confident, can work autonomously and is keen to hit the ground running.
The main elements of this role:
Managing your own diary in order to set up appointments and meetings effectively.
You’ll be targeted on store visits providing decisive sales reporting and activity, targets to also include product sales, investigating stock anomalies/working very closely with the Warehouse Team and of course to provide customer care excellence at all times.
Drive category sales and performance by taking an inquisitive approach to solve issues at store level and cascade action plans to rectify issues.
Work collaboratively with people across the board therefore providing effective solutions and monitor the impact of interventions.
The successful Field Sales Area Manager will have:
A proven track record from either a field sales type role or account management.
Strong communication skills, both on a written and verbal level.
Ability to build and maintain excellent rapport with your customers, this could be lapsed, existing or new.
Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
Work well under pressure whilst being able to meet tight deadlines.
A positive mindset – use your own initiative and work effectively under pressure.
MS Office proficiency
This role offers a basic salary of £23,000 with OTE £45,000. There are also other bonus incentives which can be discussed upon interview,
Company car/car allowance.
Monday to Friday – no weekends!
