JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager / Chemical Manufacturing / Manufacturer, Distributor, Supplier We're in need of a Sales Coach / Sales Trainer, who'll work closely with our Head of Sales to lead, coach and develop our team of 6 Territory Sales Executives. You'll be the engine for ensuring our company growth targets are achieved, by actively coaching in the field and ensuring our team are 100% confident and up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques. Offering the comforts of a family run organisation as well as the excitement of a growing but established SME, this role will have the genuine opportunity to help shape the progression of a business undergoing a realistic growth plan. You can expect to: · Collaborate with the Head of Sales to implement the sales strategy, by leading, coaching and training the territory sales team. · Conduct market analysis and CPD to ensure informed and strategic decisions are made to enhance and maximise sales activity. · Develop key metrics to monitor the development of the team and be able to analyse and present regular reports on progress, to the Senior Management Team. Critically, to be our Sales Coach, you'll play with purpose - why you do something is more important than what you do. You'll create a learning environment and be commercially focused with an analytical approach to problem solving. You'll also: ·Have experience of creating and delivering sales training as well as sales leadership and coaching experience. ·Have proven experience of leading a field sales team to deliver company objectives. ·Have experience of working within a B2B manufacturer. ·Be able to provide examples where you have directly mentored a team and be able to demonstrate "the tools in your locker" to grow and develop your teams.
