The Sales Executive Opportunity:

As Sales Executive, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals. With great product knowledge and a passion for helping customers, you will look after the customer sales process from beginning to end.

Friendly and professional, you’ll work in your team to ensure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional and that you deliver on your sales targets on time.

What your typical day might look like:

+ Talking with, and listening to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements+ Qualifying the customer’s needs to build the closest possible match between the product and customer+ Reviewing accessories and additional product options with the customer+ Presenting the sale price in an open, honest and transparent way and dealing with customer questions/objections in a friendly and professional manner+ Liaising with the Sales Management team and Sales Administrator to coordinate orders and deliveries+ Handing the vehicle over personally, tailoring the experience to the customer+ Working as a full member of the team by collaborating with all necessary colleagues and departments+ Maximising every opportunity for training and self development

About you:

+ Proven track record in a sales oriented environment+ Customer focussed with great rapport building skills+ Enthusiastic and self motivated+ Target driven+ Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal

What’s on Offer:

+ Basis Salary £20,000 per annum raises by £1,000 per annum capped at £25,000+ Uncapped commissions+ Company Car+ 24 days holiday rising to 30 days with length of service+ Flexible workplace pension+ Employee car scheme
