Due to continued expansion our client is looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations online to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate accurate reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft and CRM software for lead management and tracking.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Competitive basic salary £24-27k.
- Uncapped monthly commission, double OTE. £48k
