The Sales Executive role:
As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to build rapport, understand their needs, guiding them towards the most appropriate product, finalising the sale and handover of the vehicle.
What a day-to-day might look like:
+ Building rapport and qualifying your understanding of the customer’s needs/desires+ Carrying out telephone prospecting and following up on various marketing activities+ Maintaining the customer database+ Coordinating orders and the delivery of vehicles with the Sales Admin department+ Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets+ Maintaining an active part in product training and keeping up to date with latest news in the automotive industry
